Image License Terms and Conditions

When you place an order with Fera Photography, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions which are issued with each purchase.

Higher Resolution Disc

Fera Photography grants to you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to use the Images (the "Licensed Images") solely for the usage expressly authorized.

License Usage and Restrictions:

This license is unrestrictive. Images may be printed by any commercial printer subject to these License conditions being adhered to.

Web Display:

Where the images are to be used on a web site for example on Social Networking websites such as Facebook, MySpace etc.  We are happy to supply an image for this free of charge but would like to emphasise that only this image be used.  Under no circumstances may the hi-rez image be used.

Ownership:

All right, title and interest in and to the Images and the Licensed Images, including without limitation, all copyright, patent, trademark, rights of publicity and other proprietary rights, are owned and shall remain with Fera Photography.

Printing:

The images on the supplied disc are HIGHER RESOLUTION and may be printed by any home or commercial printer. No volume limitations are made and the images may be printed as many times as required.

Duplication:

The image disc may be copied/duplicated as many times as required.  Please be aware that the images may Not be sold on to third parties with out written permission from Fera Photography.

Termination And Jurisdiction:

This License Agreement is governed by English law and shall fall under the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Any breach of this License Agreement will deem this agreement null and void.

Refunds:

Your disc will supplied in a sealed package. Once opened, no refund can be given.

Print Images

This license is restrictive.  Licensed Images received in print format may under no circumstances be scanned or copied in any way or form.

Ownership:

All right, title and interest in and to the Images and the Licensed Images, including without limitation, all copyright, patent, trademark, rights of publicity and other proprietary rights, are owned and shall remain with Fera Photography.

If you would like digital copies of the images please contact us and we will supply a low resolution disk containing the images for web use.  (Postage costs apply)
